Baby Update: 19 Weeks

Pregnancy Highlights from this week:

How far along? 19 weeks

Size of the baby? About the size of an heirloom tomato, 6 inches

Maternity Clothes? Maternity jeans. I'm pretty sure that I will be in all maternity clothes before long.... 

Gender? Sweet baby GIRL!!!!!!!

Movement? I am not sure but I think I am starting to feel the baby a little bit. I read some things about what the first movements feel like and I have felt those same things. Hopefully I will feel more in the next few weeks! 

Sleep? I am sleeping pretty well right now. I do have to get up at least once during the night to go to the bathroom which is new to me. 

Cravings?  Still stuck on the green grapes. Also been eating lots of sweet potatoes this week. 

Symptoms?  This week I felt pretty good. Thank goodness! Having shortness of breath and have to go to the bathroom ALL.OF.THE.TIME!!!

What I miss?  Don't really miss anything right now. Maybe being able to fit into all of my clothes! 

Milestones? Getting a good report from the doctor after our big appointment this week! She said that our sweet girl is growing really well and everything looks good! Thank you LORD for this news! She also said that she has long legs :-) I can't imagine where she gets that from!!!  

What I am nervous about?  Nothing really. . 

What I'm excited about? Knowing that we are having a sweet girl!!! We went shopping this weekend and bought her some of the cutest clothes! Her daddy picked her out some of the sweetest things :-) We had the best time shopping for her! Also looking forward to Grant's mom coming on Thursday! I know we will do lots more shopping and she will be a big help to get some things done around the house and help get started on the nursery!!
